At any point in time I am working with a number of buyers and I am always open to suggestions if you have a property that may work for them that is not yet listed in the MLS. Here are the profiles of the buyers I am currently working with:
Buyer: Looking for a home or "homey feeling" townhome in Boulder under $400k. Would like 3 bedrooms, nice outdoor space, and for the property to be in good condition. Would like to be in North Boulder, but open to other areas as well.
Buyer: A nice young family with a baby and a 2 year old looking to buy something in the upper $300s to low $400s in Boulder City Limits. They would like 3+ bedrooms, 2+ baths and 1400+ square feet. They are open to houses or townhomes. They would like something that is move in ready. They areas at the top of their list right now are Shanahan Ridge and North Boulder.
Buyer: Looking for a 2000+ sq ft home in Gunbarrel in a neighborhood that would be great for kids. Would love to have other families and kids under 4 years old in the neighborhood. The guys are prequalified up to about $410k.
Buyer: An outdoorsy athletic couple, both engineers, are looking for either a 3+ Bedroom, 1800+ sq ft house or large open townhouse under $450k. They are alright with a bit of a fix up, but layout is important to them. They would love to be in Central or North Boulder.
Buyer: A serious investor with whom I have done several transactions is always keeping his eye out for a good fix and flip. No matter how bad of shape the home is in, he will come take a look. Qualified for any price range.
Buyer: I am working with a family that is buying their college age daughter a condo to live in while in school. They would like something that is 2 - 3 bedrooms under $200k. Can be driving distance to campus.
